This is the scar revision done March 2023 to the left side of my neck. It was done 6 month before the photo was taken. I'm not expecting it to improve much. Looks like I'll have to have another surgeon do a revision of the revision. Two hot summers of not being able to pull my hair up

A total nightmare. A picture is worth a thousand words. I may have a big red scar on my face for life
A lot of things went wrong. For some reason Dr. Lucas, instead of butting the incisions at the hair line like he told me he would, he came out from just above the ear and went over to the corner of my eyes with the incisions. This GAVE ME CROWSFEET that cannot be corrected see photos for other problems

I’m so sorry this happened to you. Have you consulted with any other surgeons to see if the crows’ feet lines can be redone?

I have spoken to two surgeons. Filler can not be placed in that area, and Botox will have no effect .

NO, the big red mark may or may not be fixed with micro needling, I have had 7 treatments and it is only improving slightly. Two surgeons told the micro needling would improve the appearance at best. One said a skin graft might be a option. And both told me there is nothing that can be done with the crows feet the incorrectly placed inactions caused. He scared me for life and gave me crows feet for life.

I feel awful for you. It's like this doctor didn't know what he was doing. I know these surgeries are expensive, but if you can have it done again by a another doctor then he/she might be able to fix things. I had a neck lift and lower facelift, and my eyes done. I am going to have them done again by another doctor. My first surgeon did a revision and still didn't tighten my neck enough. I have weird dimples at my cheeks that give me a pulled look. My scars are not well hidden. I understand how you feel. I am sorry.

The incisions lines causing crowfeet can't be fixed., so it's crows feet for life. I get my 8th micro-needling treatment this week for the red scar. My dermatologist office is giving better results.

He also did a neck lift now my neck is discolored --- It looks bruised and it's a year and 4 month post op, so I have no expectation of it improving
