Consultation Ponytail Lift

Dr. Kao seemed disinterested and was uninformative when I had my consultation. The consultation was $500, which I don’t feel is high for a busy doctor. You pay for his time. I would go so far as to say he was rude. He never explained anything, his head resting on his hand like he was bored. I was soooo looking forward to chatting with him. What a disappointment. My estimate was $148,000 (yes that one is supposed to be there). I ended up going elsewhere and I’m extremely happy I did.

Where did you end up going?
Where did you actually go that you were happy with ?
I’m so sorry I did t see the comments. Dr Karam. Amazing recovery, he has best bedside manner. Not just me but other friends have gone and everyone looks very natural.
Dr Karam. I know he has gone up in price but he is really worth it!
Dr Karam!
I know what you mean... my experience was similar to yours . I am still considering him because of the pictures I've seen, but I am also not sure if he is worth that much more than other plastic surgeons that are also ranked at the top and respected in the industry. Where did you end up going, if you don't mind me asking?
I would love to also know where you went. Please share )
I’m so sorry I didn’t see this! I went to Dr. Karam. Another thing that scared me with Kao was the long surgery under general anesthesia., and long recovery! My friend went there, she looks amazing but her recovery was long…like she did not look like herself for months. She loved like she had a massive amount of filler. It did go down and she did look gorgeous!
I am considering Dr Tim Marten in SF. He was informally named as the "godfather of face lifts" by another respected plastic surgeon.
Wait 148k for just a facelift ?! that's absurd!!
Where did our end up going?
