Facelift in Brazil

I had my first facelift with Dr. Cavalcanti 15 years ago and was very happy with my experience and results. Fast forward 15 years and I’m now almost 61 and have lost 70 lbs. it was time, after researching again for over a year I found no one close to Dr. Cavalcanti skills and after care in the states so I started to plan my trip. I leased a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo 1 block from my surgeons office for approx. $900.00 USD. My facelift was on April 22 I flew out ( momondo.com flight from MCO in Orlando to CWB in Curitiba for $733.00) on the 18th of April 9:30pm arriving on the 19th. at 11:30 am Dr. Cavalcanti’s office manager Leo picked me up at the airport and drove me around just to re-familiarize me with the area and see the changes since my last trip. I was given Leo’s phone number and WhatsApp and shortly after called by Dr. C and welcomed in and given his number and WhatsApp and told to call for Any reason! I met with Dr. C on Saturday morning to go over my surgical plan (we decided to address issues with my nose as well) and ask any last minute questions. Full Deep plane SMAS, Necklift, coronal brow lift, fat grafting, chemical peel, rhinoplasty. I had the weekend to get groceries and just chill. My surgery was on Monday, I went in at noon got my markup Dr. C went over my surgical plan again and asked if I had any questions or concerns I signed off on the surgical plan and I was whisked up to my “suite” where I saw many familiar faces Nurses Suely, Maria, Zilda & Mary Angela as well as Sergio the anesthesiologist. What I Love about Dr. C is not only he is AmaZing but his staff, they have been with him for Years, nurses Maria and Suely over 30 years and Sergio over 35 years. Before I knew it I was getting the famous Blue Pill and next thing I remember was Dr. Cavalcanti asking me if I could breathe thru my nose! Surgery was over and a everything a success! I felt a little discomfort but nothing that wasn’t managed with pain meds. No nausea at all which was Amazing as I usually get sick with any pain meds and it’s a challenge to get it under control. Dr. C and his staff had me snug as a bug in a rug! I did wake up several times in the night begging for Água (water) and Mary Angela was by my side All night quick to attend to my any need. I woke up about 7am and breakfast was brought to me on a Dr. Cavalcanti .... typical silver platter (Nothing but the Best for his patients) 2 different juices orange and pineapple, chai tea, toast, yogurt, ham and cheese, several types of individual wrapped cookies, fresh fruit mango and papaya. There was enough food to last me a week if I wanted to stay LOL! Dr. Cavalcanti came to visit me after breakfast and see how I was feeling, giving me directions, letting me know I would be getting a shower by Nurse Zilda (she got in the shower with me) and then if I felt up to it I would be able to go back to my condo and to return so he could attend me the next morning at 11am. I was given my shower, hair washed carefully and my hair and body dried by Zilda and then dressed complete with Zilda putting on my shoes. I was then escorted back to my condo by Leo and after he made sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything he left me to rest. I pretty much rested off and on the rest of the day, I received 2 messages from Dr. C and 1 from Leo checking on me and also 2 messages from Adriana the owner of the condo I rented checking on me to see if I needed anything or if she could help me in anyway! Talk about Amazing!
