Absolutely Botched Facelift

I had my facelift procedure in 2017 and it really did a number on me...my husband would say it destroyed my face, but I wouldn't go that far. I had gone in wanting to create definition around my lower half of my face - taking fat out below my chin. Dr. Ali suggested that I would also benefit from upper work as well, lifting my eyes. What I got was a huge infection that has left permanent scaring and eyes that look fake and pulled back even 7 years later. At first, he tried to blame it on me asking if I smoked, which I don't. But what I found out after seeing another surgeon was that this was due to incompetence. Dr. Ali said that my eyes would settle but they never did. So now I purposely where glasses I don't need to hide the fact that they're pulled so far back. All, I know is that everytime I went for post surgical appts they snuck me in and he gave me excuses and assurances that all would be well. 6 years later and I'm still suffering.
