I had a lower face & neck lift

I had a lower face & neck lift Nov 2024. Three months post-op I had sagging along the jawline and under the chin, so Dr Yco did a revision March 2025. That left me with a weird pinch under my chin that now has sagging skin on each side of the pinch. The jawline wasn’t addressed so I now have small jowls that I didn’t have prior to surgery. When I addressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome, I was told that I should’ve had the procedure done 10 years prior. Interesting that it was never mentioned to me at my consult or pre-op appt that this could be a possible outcome.
