63 and holding. I don't recognize myself in the mirror.

I am 63. I don’t recognize myself in the mirror. I am scheduled for neck and lower face lift with upper eyelid surgery. I have to get Cardiology clearance and scheduled for that appointment tomorrow 4.5.21.

I was cleared by cardiology on Monday. My surgery is 4.22.21. My pre op appointment is 4.20.21. Next week I will get my permanent teeth as I have been undergoing implant dentistry, crowns and veneers on all my teeth. This process has taken a year. Do your research before getting implants. I am going to be happy not to have a partial but it has been long and painful.

I go from being excited to being unsure. I am prepared as I have set up my supplies. Prepped my husband and stocked up on yogurt and soup. I read that chewing is difficult for the first 2 weeks. I finished my dental work yesterday. Crowns. Implants. Veneers.
