Terrible Office Staff; 30% Above High Market Prices

Heed the warnings about the staff. How you do one thing is how you do everything. This practice charges fees roughly 30% higher (19K for mini lower bleph and face fat transfer) than the highest end of the Perth market, but their administrative service is entirely unacceptable. The office repeatedly got my procedure date and personal details completely wrong. Despite sending three separate emails, my questions regarding total procedure costs were ignored, leaving my surgery date entirely unconfirmed.

The communication style is shockingly unprofessional for a high-end medical office. Staff provided a dismissive response regarding coordinating my own anaesthetist, and the nurse repeatedly cut me off on the phone, showing zero urgency to fix their scheduling and billing errors. These administrative failures introduce immense, unnecessary stress. Absolute failure in basic patient care coordination.
