3 weeks post- op
3 weeks post-op. My neck still feeling very tight and my skin is uneven. As you can see in the picture I have a lot of bumps. Because of lost of sensation due to the pulling of the skin, I burned myself on my right cheek under the ear when applying warm compresses to soften the tissues. So far I like what I see in the mirror. I definitely look younger. I just have to be patient with the healing process. One side of my face is still more swollen than the other, but hopefully it will get better with time. I am going to need some additional treatments for the keloid scars behind my right ear and my chin. I feel good most of the time, except when I put pressure on my face when in bed, specially my right side because of the burn. I returned to work and nobody has had the courage to ask what I did, but I have noticed a couple of wondering faces.

Concern about bumps and ridges 2 days post-op
I’m concern about a big bump on my left cheek. I have small bumps on my right cheek, but the one on the left cheek feels huge. I called my doctor and sent him pictures. He said it’s normal swelling. I’m also concerned bout my left ear. Seems to me that it was stretched. I’m afraid I might end up with pixie ears.
