3 weeks post- op

3 weeks post-op. My neck still feeling very tight and my skin is uneven. As you can see in the picture I have a lot of bumps. Because of lost of sensation due to the pulling of the skin, I burned myself on my right cheek under the ear when applying warm compresses to soften the tissues. So far I like what I see in the mirror. I definitely look younger. I just have to be patient with the healing process. One side of my face is still more swollen than the other, but hopefully it will get better with time. I am going to need some additional treatments for the keloid scars behind my right ear and my chin. I feel good most of the time, except when I put pressure on my face when in bed, specially my right side because of the burn. I returned to work and nobody has had the courage to ask what I did, but I have noticed a couple of wondering faces.

you look great at 3 weeks! how are you feeling now?
You look early 30s in that bottom left pic. And just think, you are getting more and more beautiful every day as the swelling goes down! Happy for you.
Congrats on your surgery! You are looking better and better! I'm sorry you felt your doctor wasn't caring enough right after surgery :-( I hope is taking better care of you now. I had my face/neck lift back on 11/14/17. I cannot complain about my doctor in regards to the after care. My surgery took much longer than yours and I spent a night at their overnight suite. I'm happy with my neck but I'm still waiting/hopeful for my jaw line (lower face) to improve. Good luck on your recovery. I'll be following you :-)
Hi, how are you doing? Has your jaw line improved? I’m glad you planned your after surgery care thoroughly. I didn’t . Now that I think about it, I never asked if they have any overnight care at their facility. The scary part of this was being sent home still sedated. I don’t remember anything after the surgery. I only remember that I woke up in my bed, and this was about 2 hrs. after I got home. Thankfully everything else went well and the most important thing is that I’m loving the results.
You look really great-- and I have no reason to say that- except that it is true!
Thank you. I’m very happy I did this
Wow - you look much much younger! Wonderful :)
Thank you. I’m so glad I went to Dr. Sadati. He is amazing. I am loving my results and I feel great.

Looks like your coming along but can't tell what the neck looks like yet.... I too had a big bump/bubble on my left cheek, it took 5 ultrasound treatments to get it down, I'am 8 week and it's still slightly there, but getting better each!
Thank you for sharing your experience! I hope all is well and your bumps are disappearing. It does take some time to heal. You do look a lot younger now! Be patient during your recovery. You look great!!
You were right! Bumps on my jaw and sides of my face are gone. All my face look very smooth now. My neck is getting there. I definitely look younger and I’m loving the results.
Look great and really doing well with the healing process. I too am on day six and your healing is much better. But I have to keep telling myself hey I’m closer to 60 and had CO2 laser
Hi, how are you doing? Is your healing coming along? Did you like the results of the CO2? Hope for wonderful results and a very satisfied you.

Concern about bumps and ridges 2 days post-op

I’m concern about a big bump on my left cheek. I have small bumps on my right cheek, but the one on the left cheek feels huge. I called my doctor and sent him pictures. He said it’s normal swelling. I’m also concerned bout my left ear. Seems to me that it was stretched. I’m afraid I might end up with pixie ears.

I'm sorry to hear about the bumps, though I think that the swelling will produce these. How are you feeling now? Hopefully better and thanks for posting!
I had bumps and ridges as well its normal.
