I met with Dr Pearlman to discuss a rhinoplasty as well as evening out some facial asymmetry with injectable fillers. Dr Pearlman took many pictures and immediately was able to pin point the subtle imperfections I wanted to change and made virtual "after" images. He answered all of my many questions in depth. He did not push any procedures on me and made sure i was comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert. His staff is helpful, informative, polite, warm, and very experienced and knowledgeable as well (especially Donna!). I will never go to another doctor!
