I had a great experience with Dr. Mak for treatment focused on my face fine lines specifically around my forehead. I’ve used Botox on and off for years, but I have been looking for a provider I could trust long term and stay consistent with.

Dr. Mak was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the different neurotoxins available, including Botox, Jeuveau, and Dysport. After a thorough evaluation, he explained which option he recommended specifically for me and why, which made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the process.

The entire experience was professional, personalized, and overall really positive. What stood out most was his care in injecting my face and being very precise. He also personally called the next day to check in and see how I was doing, and asked if I had any bruising or concerns. I’ve honestly never had a provider follow up like that before, and I thought it was such a thoughtful touch.
