Takes 0 accountability for his mistakes. I followed up several times after my botched surgery and his answer was to "massage harder". My eyes have never closed since my mini face lift with lower blepheroplasty. I have suffered from vision loss and chronic dry eyes since the moment I woke up from surgery. No amount of massaging can fix the fact that he agressively cut the muscle and skin from my eyes that needed minimal repair leaving me with major retraction that I need to come out of pocket to pay for someone else to fix.
