One month post eyelid surgery

I had Lower Blepharoplasty, double eyelid (incisional) surgery and fat grafting at Girin Plastic Surgery on 16th April, so it has been slightly over a month since my surgery. Dr Lee Sang Keon is an amazing surgeon who provided me with the information I needed and his valuable experience. For years, my heavy, hooded eyes made me look constantly tired. The procedure itself was quick, and the clinic staff kept me completely comfortable throughout. Pain Free. Recovery required some patience with bruising, but the swelling went down rapidly after week one. Just over a month post-surgery. The scars are hidden in my natural eyelid creases. The major swelling is gone, but minor fluid retention persists, especially in the mornings.
Incisions often look pink, tight, or slightly bumpy as collagen remodels. Occasional dryness, but I was surprised it only happened for a handful of days, and there was tightness. Mild, temporary unevenness can happen on the eyes and face. Seldom have I had dry eyes while travelling, especially on the plane, which surprises me. I have been travelling twice after the surgery. I started my regular exercise routine a month post-surgery. I highly recommend this life-changing procedure to anyone struggling with drooping lids.

I have a great translator, Aliya, who explained the best outcome for me of the procedure Dr Lee Sand Keon suggested. After Dr Lee discussed the pros and cons with me. I felt he was the doctor I 100% trust.
It went very smoothly on the day of surgery. Day 1 after the surgery, I was expecting to feel the pain on my face, but it wasn’t at all. I took a photo every day, and I can see the swelling start on Day 2-3, then went down each day after Day 3. It is so impressive and pain-free. Day 9: The facial swelling has subsided. The stitches along the incision are mid pinkness.
