Wonderful experience and results

This review is way overdue. Dr. Kotlus performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove my under eye bags almost 7 months ago. I had tried fillers for several years yet was never that happy with results and finally decided to proceed with surgery. I found Dr. Kotlus on Realself and based on others positive reviews booked a consultation. I'm so glad I did because my surgery has given me a confidence that my dark, under-eye circles had always prevented me from having. I used to look at myself every day and pretty much just see the circles and think about how everyone else saw them too, now I just see me and don't worry about what others are thinking. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago. However, when I finally did I was lucky enough to put my trust in an excellent doctor that provided amazing results.

My advice is don't hold back from doing something that can have such a positive influence on how you feel about yourself especially when the recovery time is less than 2 weeks.
