I would not trust any other doctor to work on my eyes

I had lower blepharoplasty with another general facial surgeon in recent years, and the result was average at best. When concerns about my upper eyelid region arose, I didn't want to make that mistake again, so chose Dr Taban from his excellent reviews and impressive patient gallery. We performed an upper bleph on one eye, and some filler in the upper lid of the other eye to try to achieve better symmetry. The day of surgery, post-op I looked great. However I somehow traumatized the blepharoplasty eye while sleeping the day after surgery, and woke up with major bruising/swelling. Dr Taban told me not to worry, that recovery would take longer but the outcome would still be good, and he was correct. I was bruised for a month, but now 5 months later my upper eyelids look almost identical, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would not trust any other doctor to work on my eyes at this time, and this will be my first port-of-call for any future oculoplastic procedures.
