Upper Eye Lids- feeling rested and younger!
I was feeling tired and weighed down by sagging upper eye lids. Many hours a day are spent reading or staring at a screen.... my eyes felt like they were covering my ability to fully see.
Interviewed many doctors, was most impressed with Dr. Parks conservative yet confident approach to fixing the issue. He is calm, does not try to upsell for other services ( which other surgeons did), he is highly trained and a board certified plastic surgeon.
His gentle ease at exploring options without pressure made me feel in good hands.
The procedure was done in office, with a local anesthetic. I felt nothing. Had a driver take me home and slept the rest of the day due to the pain killers. Only needed them for a couple days.
The itching of the stitch string was the most annoying part. Not painful surprisingly.
I took the week off to heal, which you need as you will be bruised and have a stitch across your forehead.
Had stitches taken out a week later and was read to go back to work and life.
Love the natural results! I feel rested and eyes look years more youthful.
Don't need to hold my eye lid up after hours of working.
No one knows I had anything done but due to loving the natural result, I am happy to share what a positive impact this minor procedure had on me.
Thank you Dr. Park for your talent, compassion, and skills!

How did u feel aftersurgery? I have this on feb 10 and im freaking out
I felt great really. Groggy from the meds, but not in pain. I took a Xanax for procedure and was relaxed.
How are your scars now? I’d love to have this done but having visible scars worries me. Your eyes look beautiful now. Thanks.
No scars at all. Amazing!
Looks great! What are the threads for on the sides of face & forehead?
Those are the stitches. The thread goes through the eye lid and hangs on the side of the face.
Your eyes definitely look ten years younger. They also look pretty :)
Thank you!
you said you returned to work a week after surgery and no one figured out that you had blepharoplasty. Are you saying all bruising that you had was gone in one week time? On your pictures there is significant bruising on both eyes? What did you do to get rid of that bruising on just one week? Thank you!
Hi! Yes, after the stitches came out, which are the threads that hung over the left and right side of my eyes, I had little bruising. Covered it up with a heavy concealer and light white eyes shadow. Used arnica and followed a low salt diet, no alcohol. Best of luck to you!
Forgot to mention, the light purple of the bruise in the crease just looked like makeup when I applied the light white shadow.
