Upper and lower blepharoplasty with SOOF lift

$10,000
I'm 23 days in and still have swelling in my upper lids and a little in my lowers with a tiny bit of bruising still present which blows my mind. I see so many pictures of people who look so normal after just days. I definitely don't.
I'd post my horrifying pix from my first two weeks (make up would not even be able to improve my look) but when I uploaded them here from my phone, the pictures came out massive.
I really only wanted to get my lowers done but my doc talked me into uppers too. I am really hoping once swelling goes down that I will be pleased.
What I'm not happy about:
1) How long swelling has taken to go down despite sleeping with upper body elevated for 3 wks now.
2) One upper lid is more swollen than the other - if they were at least even, I wouldn't look like I have ptosis.
3) Both lower lids have a pleated look to the outer corners. I'm sure my doc will tell me that will flatten out but this ain't my first scar rodeo and I know how long that is going to take. MONTHS. So until then, that is a dead giveaway that I've had surgery. I've seen so many others, including family members, who looked perfectly normal days after with no pleating.
4) I can see the ends of sutures coming out of a hole on the outer edge of my right eye. Stitches, when ready, are really easy to pull out. This little end is not budging and it concerns me. The longer the non-dissolving sutures stay in, the higher the chance they can be problematic.
5) The outer corner of left eye also has something sticking out of it that won't budge but it seems more like a skin tag than a suture.
6) I left 3 messages for the physician's assistant to call me. She never did. On try four, I managed to get her but had different concerns at the time (was giving her my insurance info for a spot we had removed and biopsied) so the above hasn't been addressed.
7) I sent an email to them about the annoying pleated skin and was assured someone would get back to me. That was 7 days ago.
As for people who say they were in horrible pain, I've yet to find pix of someone's eyes that were as banged up as mine. Nurse gave me Percocet after procedure. I took Vicodin before bedtime and next day didn't have to take jack and haven't since. Pain has never been an issue.
I am 56, very fit, never smoked, don't drink.
