Had an upper bleph done this morning. The procedure itself isn't painful however recovery it's somewhat of a challenge I can look down and dose to side looking up is a challenge. My vision is blurred so I'm sure there's a ton of typos.

Dr Johnny Chung at ASA in Allentown PA. He's incredibly skilled. I'll continue to update with more photos as I go. I'm currently 15 days out as of 11/24. Thank you!

You look great for being only 2 days post-op.

Thank you. That means a lot as I'm currently feeling down about my lids being so swollen. I know it'll be better but it's uncomfortable.
November 11, 2020
Using ice pads on the lids? I suppose so. Your end result will be great. Again, for day 2, your swelling is minimal. Your sutures look very nicely done!

Yes I m icing now I iced yesterday but not as frequently as recommended because I was sleeping a lot. Can't wait for stitches to be removed. :-)

It looks great. I've had mine done and it was a long time before I could look up without it feeling weird. The first week is the hardest. After the stitches come out it's much better.

A lot of progress being made. I’m looking forward to getting my stitches out tomorrow. My right lid is more swollen but from what I understand it’s normal for the eyes to heal at different rates.

Hi, I'm 40 years old. I had fairly mild additional skin. If you look at my before photo you can see towards the outer edges of my eyes had extra skin I wasn't happy with. There are many people who think there was nothing wrong with my eyes but that extra bit of skin bothered me. If your eyes feel heavy and you'd like to see what can be done get a consultation. Age isn't as much of a factor but there are a lot of older people who get this done because of vision but for me it was cosmetic. There's people your age who get this done and because you're young your healing should go well.
