Eyelid surgery journey - well worth the surgery! I had hooded lids

Just wanted to post this journey im on as I was on the other end reading everyone’s experiences with eyelid surgery which was very helpful to me. I decided to get the procedure due to hereditary hooding. My recovery was slow as I did get major swelling (but no bruising). I took 2 weeks off work which was necessary in my case. Attached are photos from Day 1 til now(6 weeks post op) and so far so good. I still have residual swelling on my lids but not too bad. Waiting patiently for the final results. I plan to post updates in the future.

Here are pics at about 2.5 months. One is with makeup one pic is without. So far so good, things are settling in well and no issues. The scars are there but faint. I’m still using scar gel every night.
