I had an upper blepharoplasty done by Dr. Harper in December and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From the first consultation with him to the very last post op, it was fabulous! He is very throughout and answered all my questions. His staff is wonderful and would recommend him 10x over if I could!
