The clinic is aesthetic. There is a moderate amount of seating, restrooms, with nice hygiene supplies!), and a drink station. Most of the staff were so friendly. The front desk ladies primarily speak Korean and it took a little bit to communicate to them.

During the consultation, Dr. Kim was thorough and honest. He doesn't pressure you into any particular look as I wanted a natural looking result. He was patient and takes time so I didn’t feel rushed at all.

The surgery went smooth. I’m satisfied with how my eyelids turned out. The biggest thing was to even both my eyelids out. They turned out natural looking, just how I wanted them! You would have never known I got them done and I got compliments on them from the people that did know.

The recovery process was fine. The first week is the worse of it. Mine has healed well! Aftercare instructions are easy to follow and the process to get my medications from the pharmacy was smooth.
