I Regret Every Day Having Had Surgery by Dr Webster

Do not let this doctor touch your face, neck or eyes. I had surgery about 10 years ago and regret every day living with the results. Biggest regret is letting this doctor touch my eyes and my neck. Make sure you see a former patient who has had the same procedure as you are planning to have before you decide to go ahead.

You took a verrry long time to complain why did you wait so long
I commented much earlier when first on real self, only recently back on looking at revision doctors. I hope my comments warn people. I still experience constant pain and discomfort in my right eye, had a follow up canthoplasty after my op to correct but the problem must be within the nerves as did not fix just made my outer lower lid a bit strange where meets upper lid and shortened my eye. I am one of the poor outcomes, interesting my negative review is not showing in Dr Webster’s site. Don’t have surgery on your face, and never on your eyes. I’m Carolynseyes originally but somehow when coming back in here I’ve got another name?
Why do you say not to let Dr. Webster touch your neck? I am almost 100% settled on him to do my face, neck and brow lift.
I also used Dr Webster. I had a wonderful experience. Totally recommend him.
He operated on my face, eyes and neck.
I have what's termed a 'cobra neck' as he's pulled in too tightly at the top of my neck. I have one ear lobe attached directly onto my face and the other hangs loosely (loose from face was how both ears were originally). The stitching could have been closer to ear lobes on one side with scar visible when hair pulled back.
I found the whole experience incredibly traumatic. More than I had realised. Think carefully before you go ahead. It is a major operation with a lot of pain and recovery time involved when having so much done. I have pictures but not sure how to get them to you.
Thank you so much for letting me know. It is very easy to get swept up in everyone's great experiences on here. I will take all you have said into consideration. Thanks again.
I’m pleased I could help you. And I agree sites like this promote surgery. And the doctors make a lot of money so it is understandable that they are not objective at time’s. And interesting to look at hiw many people have to have revision work.
All the best
This is actually so sad to see that your talking about him like this. I’ve just turned 30 and when I was 18 I had a rhinoplasty with him he is the most professional plastic surgeon in Melbourne if not Australia. Being 18 I was young and he also made it just as important that I was ok. My mum still talks about Dr Howard and how he was wasn’t only a great surgeon but had the most genuine caring soul! I came on here to real self to see if he performs eyelid surgery as if he did I want him to do it as I know after my previous experience with him I will not have to look elsewhere. I find it strange how you say ten years later!. Anyone who has dealt with
Dr Webster would know if someone wasn’t happy he would be there for follow up care just as much as after you pay. So I honestly don’t believe what your saying it actually almost makes me disgusted. There is always two sides to every story.
