Office review: refused to refund me after surgeon lied!

I paid a deposit to clinichub to receive blepharaplasty. Dr. Onur said he would send me the before and after photos of the procedures he’s performed. Weeks fo by and he never does. My clinichub rep. Tuba and Aysu would string me long for weeks saying he’ll send it, or they’re trying to get in touch with Dr. Onur. At one point, Tub Stella me that there are no pictures and that I should just trust that the surgeon will do a good job- as seen in the photo below. As you could imagine I was livid. She aventaulky agrees to refund me, but Tuba, Aysu, Onur and Clinichub has been radio silent in refund me the $250 deposit. I am disgusted and annoyed with how unprofessional they’ve been.
