I can't think of any way Dr. Manning could have provided better care and service. From the first consultation to the last follow-up, he listened carefully to all my questions and concerns, and never made me feel rushed. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, with very little pain afterwards. If I had a close friend who wanted upper eyelid surgery, I would send them Dr. Manning's way without a second of hesitation.
