Dr. Kapadia is the BEST! I had my first consultation with Dr. Kapadia sometime in february. I was unhappy with the puffiness under my eyes and was hoping to get filler. He informed me that I was not a good candidate for filler and would need surgery. The thought of surgery terrified me.
I spent the next 5 months contemplating if I should do it. During that time I reached out to Dr. Kapadia several times to express my concerns and fears. He ALWAYS made himself available to answer any additional questions and went over everything thoroughly each time! Ultimately, he always left the decision up to me, which I very much appreciated. I didn't feel pushed in either direction. I finally decided to schedule my lower blepharoplasty in August. I never thought I'd get plastic surgery but Dr. Kapadia assured me I'd love the results and I do! I look like myself but rejuvenated.
The day of my surgery, I was a bit of a wreck. I was very anxious, scared and in tears. I have general anxiety and the thought of having to go under anesthesia was terrifying to me as I'm sure it is too many people Everyone in the office was SO extremely patient and kind! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in every way possible! I think his staff are such a great representation of his practice and who he is a doctor! They literally held my hand, hugged me, and sat with me before and after surgery, I couldn't have imagined a better experience! I'm pretty sure I told them I loved them before I left lol! And I meant it, I felt so very grateful for their care!
Recovery was painless. A little bit of pressure and that's about it! I didn't even need any pain medication. I am so happy I chose Dr. Kapadia as my surgeon and would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering him for the care!!
