I have been a patient of Dr. Gallo's for over 15 years. Dr. Gallo has always been an absolute professional, taking the time to explain my options and possible outcomes. For one procedure in particular, a Blepharoplasty, with a CO2 laser for overall skin resurfacing, I was very nervous as I had concerns with how my eyes would turn out as well as any recovery associated with the CO2 laser. Dr. Gallo was incredibly patient with me, setting my mind at ease.

After the procedure, his follow-up was excellent and his staff was very responsive. He stayed in touch with me to check-in and answer all of my questions. The outcome was phenomenal and I am very pleased with the results.
