Poor Surgery Outcome

I want to start off by saying he has great bed side manner I had several prior consultations and I chose him because he was very polite and I felt he really listen to all my concerns while the other doctors rushed the consultation. I initially wanted a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty but he was the only doctor that told me I didn’t need a brow lift that should’ve been a red flag instead I thought he was being honest and wasn’t just trying to take my money. Well Im disappointed to say that I regret going with him It’s been about 19 months since I had my upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Zoumalan my eyes didn’t improve much as matter fact I think they look worst I still have excess skin but with no fat so they look worst and uneven my eyes also went from almond shape to looking more round & small. I decided to see him in 2020 because I was upset and wanted him to see the outcome of my surgery I really didn’t express how unhappy I was with the surgery I just told him I felt like I needed a brow lift & I still had a lot of loose skin. This time around I noticed something I didn’t see before he’s didnt seem confident on what he does couldn’t figure out if he needed to remove more skin or not didn’t really say anything about the outcome of my surgery I kept wondering why I wasn’t shown any before or after pictures? His assistant came in and I was quoted $8,500 for a brow lift as if he had done a great job in my upper blepharoplasty. I went home disappointed for not expressing how I really felt so I decided to call the office and ask them to email me my before and after pictures because I didn’t see a good results after my surgery the lady on the phone said the doctor didn’t see a difference because he was looking at the wrong pictures I was shocked he never mentioned this to me how do you look at the wrong pictures if my full face is on every pic? Then she went on to tell me I’ve had the surgery don’t really see a difference well I wish she told me this sooner. I was only sent one before and one after pic not sure why because they take about 10-15 pics pre op & pots op. Dr Zoumalan did try to contact me saying he was surprised to hear I was unhappy With the surgery and he wanted to talk to me I never return his call because I don’t plan to follow up on another surgery with him. I really didn’t want to write this review but I feel it’s important for others to see because here I am looking at doctors reviews everyday in the hopes I can find some one to do a revision on my blepharoplasty. I’m having a hard time trusting a doctor because I went to Beverly Hills with an oculoplastic surgeon and I had a bad outcome. I will probably stay away from Beverly Hills I feel like it’s over priced & over hyped. I’m not cheap when it comes to plastic surgeries but you expect a good outcome when you go to Beverly Hills. I’ve had other plastic procedures with great outcome.
