What an easy ride this way!
I saw two plastic surgeons who quoted me around 3k. Then I was referred to Professor Tim Sullivan in Chermside (Brisbane). Professor Sullivan is a God in his field. You just have to google him, but what you wont find on google is how NICE, KIND, and FUNNY he is.
He was gold through the whole experience. There was no fuss, no problems, and amazing bed side manners.
From the surgery itself, both him and me anesthetist were great. I arrived at Greenslopes hospital, didnt have to wait long, then met with Prof Sullivan who explained the procedure. I was put to sleep in a caring atmosphere, then awoken half way through while Prof Sullivan made sure both eyes were even and symmetrical etc.
I was to ice them 3 times a day for the first day or two. About a week later, my stitches were removed with no pain. He was so gentle and reassuring and another post op appt made for 6 weeks later.
Cost wise, the whole thing all inclusive only cost me $800 out of pocket.
I couldn't fault any parts of it. The whole experience was a breeze and so positive. I am glad I did it!!!
