A Nightmare! My eyelids are the same as before the surgery

I met with Dr. Victor Liu on 11/24/20. I wanted a blepharoplasty of the upper eyelid, as my eyelids were getting heavier, but not drooping. Dr. Liu convinced me that he would obtain better results if the eyelid surgery was combined with a brow lift.
He mentioned that he had invented his own non-invasive technique for lifting the brow, in which there is no extra skin incision and is done as part of the upper eyelid surgery. He assured me that I would be healed in 3/4 days and definitively less than a week.
On 12/18/21, I arrived at the office and Dr. Liu marked my face in his consultation room then I went into the OR.
I was extremely surprised when all I saw was Dr. Liu and his assistant in the room, no anesthesiologist. I didn't get an IV and of course, I didn't get any local sedation.
I was assured that it was not needed and that I would feel nothing. I knew that an upper eyelid surgery could be performed without anesthesia, but I had doubts about the brow lift. Given that I had already paid, I couldn't cancel without losing $6,000.
That was the most traumatic experience of my life as Dr. Liu had to repetitively screw something into the bone of my forehead for the intra-osseous fixation, and it felt like my head was going to explode.
After an hour of operation, I told him that I could no longer bear it because he was exerting too much pressure on my forehead with his tools. He asked his assistant to give me Valium and I had to continue to endure the torture for another 45 minutes until the pill started kicking and calming my nerves.
It was a relief when the surgery ended, and I could come home.
The rest is a nightmare! I spent Christmas with a swollen square forehead, eyes so swollen that I could hardly open them, and with non-stop migraines.
I met with Dr. Liu on 12/21 to remove the stitches, but my eyes were so swollen that he asked me to return 2 days later. I met him again on 1/5/21. I was very worried because I was still unable to fully open my right eye.
Dr. Liu said I should have another surgical procedure immediately, that it was easy to fix. I refused and wanted to see the swelling decrease first. He suggested meeting again in March to follow up and decide on the next step.
I arrived at his office on 3/5 and found out that the operation on my right eye was already planned for that day! I met with Dr. Liu, and he mentioned that he could fix my right eye without any problem.
I had surgery that day and went home. It took a long time for my right eye to heal. It still looks smaller than the other one, but it is less obvious than before the 2nd surgery.
On May 2021, I woke up a morning and noticed that my lids were exactly as before, and the lift was no longer there. I met with Dr. Liu, and he admitted that the brow didn’t last and offered to redo another lift… only 5 months after the first one.
Of course, after everything I went through and the loss of trust, I declined and requested a refund. Dr. Liu told me that it was not possible.
My eyelids are the same as before the surgery. I spent $6,000 for nothing. I had to take 2 weeks off work post-surgery due to the swelling. Because Dr. Liu performed 2 surgeries on my right eye, other plastic surgeons don’t want to take the risk to try to fix my eye. And I have an eyebrow higher than the other one!
I really feel that Dr. Liu experimented with his “new brow lift technique” on me and wanted to continue to practice with another surgery.
