Recovery and scar visibility has been better than I expected. I have continued to use kelo cote scar gel and I feel as though it has made a difference. Really happy with the results and I get lots of compliments on my eyes now

Upper blepharoplasty
I decided to go ahead with this after researching extensively. I was nervous about being awake during the procedure but it was all fine and I didn't feel anything. I did not realise just how much my eyes would be effected for the initial healing process and I was very sensitive to sunlight. Because of swelling I found myself unhappy with the results about a week later but after this they soon settled. It was annoying that the results were covered by steri strips for. Week as I was eager to see the results I am pleased with the outcome and I am now 6 weeks post op. I have used red light therapy daily to aid healing and I've been using kelo cote silicone scar gel. They cuts are still a little raised and red but are beginning to settle nicely

You need to be awake ?? Or can they put you sleep ??
