Fourth Time is the Charm!

I had a virtual consultation with Dr.Massry 5 months before my actual surgery in October 2022. I live across the country, so I decided to do the virtual, knowing that I still had to have an in person physical consultation before my surgical date. I accepted the fact, that during that in person consultation, Dr. Massry may have not chosen to do the procedures needed. His honesty is beyond and I trusted him completely after my virtual.
Long story, kind of short, at my in-person exam, Dr. Massry was spot on with what he discussed with me on my virtual. I had 3 previous surgeries for my lower lids done by other surgeons, that left me with webbing, scars, fat deposits, among other things. I was so blessed that Dr. Massry chose to do the surgery with such support and kindness. His very concise explanation of the actual procedures, how he would do them and why they were needed, left me very calm and hopeful.
I had a bilateral web effacement with drill hole canthoplasty, bilateral lower eyelid revision, lateral fat reduction with fat repositioning and left lower eyelid conjunctivoplasty.
I am now 3 month post surgery...unbelievable results...literally!!!! I "decorated" my eyes for the New Year for the first time in 2 years. People tell me all the time how bright and refreshed I look, without having any idea I had surgery. The best part though, is my mental health is back on track...feeling so much better about myself and having full function of my eye movement.
Dr. Massry and his incredible staff are so respectful and their unwaivering dedication to detail prior to surgery, during and now with follow up has made this an incredible experience. Is Dr. Massry magical? Well, I could say that, but I know how hard he works and his continuing thirst for knowledge, learning and teaching makes the magic happen!!!!!
I am eternally grateful to Dr.Massry and his staff for saving my mental health!
