Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Total Waste of Money!

I don't typically like writing bad reviews and especially in this case because the office staff here is more than wonderful, but I feel it's important ot share. This was the biggest waste of money I ever spent. I had a dark eyebags, which Dr. Prasad said he could remove and after $11,000 for a lower bleph and PRP you can see that I still have the exact same eye bag. You should also be ready for an upsell as mentioned in other reviews. He tried to sell a $3000 unique filler that apparently is injected into the bones. Thankfully, I rejected that.
What's worse is since the procedure I develop severe blepharitis, went on 2 courses of steroid medication and I'm still experiencing terrible pain and eye pressure. Dr. Prasad suggested I see an ENT for a sinus infection. This was a total waste of money and huge disappointment. I know he has great reviews which is why I chose him to begin with but look at the picture in Judge for yourself, do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Apology to his wonderful staff.

HIPAA laws preclude us from specifically responding to any patient's individual medical details. We follow all of our patients closely and monitor any issues. Enhancement for cosmetic surgery procedures is routine and if any of my patients need an additional procedure, we provide the service at no cost. The ocular condition issues described are not typically associated with eyelid surgery as it is generally performed. We continue to be here for every patient who needs follow up care.
