Delighted with the results - discomfort after surgery was minimal

I had upper eyelid blepharoplasty performed by Caroline Wilde just over a week ago. I am delighted with the results.

I researched online into the credentials and reviews of various surgeons and took a good deal of time considering it all. I kept coming back to Caroline Wilde as the surgeon I wanted to consult with. I made my appointment with the super efficient and friendly admin duo, Mandy and Aly.

Caroline’s credentials speak for themselves, but when I met her I knew that I had made the right choice. She has such a warm, professional, endearing and informative manner. I felt that we were in this together and that she took the utmost care to understand my wishes and to advise me accordingly.

On the day of the surgery I can honestly say that my experience was 5 stars in terms of the care I received and the information I was given which was reiterated to me the next day over the phone by the lovely Nurse Jo.

My anaesthetist was john McKenna, who explained everything, put me at my ease, gaining my confidence straightway. He has just the right approach.

The discomfort after surgery was minimal. I was armed with clear written instructions, had my call from Nurse Jo the next day and was given 24 hour contact details so I felt in control and confident.

Six days later I saw Caroline Wilde for suture removal. Even though I still have some painless bruising and a little swelling, I can see that the results are even better than I expected or hoped for. I am so happy that I had the procedure with this super skilled lady. I look less tired and the results are subtle with no sense of being overdone.

In summary I would not hesitate to recommend Caroline Wilde and her team not only for the excellent results but also for the whole experience
