Great Experience, Love my Results

Dr. Taghva and her staff were all wonderful. She was very informative during our consultation and was realistic about how the results would turn out, I have eyelids but wanted just a minor enhancement to remove a bit of skin since time has caused uneven folds. On the day of surgery I was there for about 1.5 hours which happened under local anesthesia and after they gave me a light sedative, I was pretty much out in the next 5 minutes. I felt absolutely nothing during the actual surgery itself and woke up when it was over.

Recovery for the first 7 days were probably the toughest part since my eyes felt extremely swollen/tight, you are told to continuing icing for the entire week so I was just resting the whole time. After a week, I went back to get the stitches removed and continued icing as usual. There was minor bruising that went away after a couple of days and my eyes felt pretty tight when looking up, but that eventually went away after maybe 1-2 months. I went back a few more times to take photos.

I would say that the final results took about 6 months to finally develop and settle in as your eyes will continue to settle in and heal. Overall am very happy with my results and glad that I went through with this surgery because it was something I really wanted to do, but wanted to make sure I was in the best hands possible.
