Evened out my lids and transferred fat to parts of my face that lacked volume

Successful Operation
I saw Dr. Ali Riza December of 2021. I had been in contact with his office during the fall season and planning a trip to Istanbul initially for a rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and fat transfer.
The process was smooth. Though I'll admit I was super anxious coming from the US and also being Asian. I sent them photos of myself requesting what I initially wanted. They told me the cost of each procedure. And gave me tons of photos to look through of people the doctor had worked on previously.
It seemed legit, and the deposit expected didn't seem outrageous. I also thought the validity of the reviews on RS made me feel more comfortable.
So I flew to Istanbul months later to meet with the doctor. He has a consultation with me. And this is the part I loved. The honesty! He said a rhinoplasty on an Asian nose would require a more intense procedure of harvesting rib cartilage and also recommended that I don't do a face lift (which is something I was thinking about). He could have upsold me and been highly dishonest but he spoke about what was possible, realistic or unnecessary. He also asked me if I wanted to preserve my Asian eye lids or make it more European. I ended up saying I just wanted excess lid taken off and wanted to look more refreshed. So I ended up going with an eyelid surgery to even out my lids and then a fat transfer to parts of my face that lacked volume.
The next day or so I was already getting set up in my procedure (first got vitals and blood work done and then the following days when I got the green light I was operated on). Tdlr: the procedure itself took a whole day and I was covered up in bandages and on some meds. The hospital itself was spectacular. The private hospital seemed like something out of the future. Super modern and clean.
Overall I spent two weeks healing in Istanbul and his staff including him were super polished and took care of me. If I needed to talk I could always message them. I would recommend going with a friend if you can!
