Disappointing consultation - I expected more patience & less arrogance

I'm bummed to report that unlike most people I didn't have a great experience with Dr. Parsa. I had a consultation and he seemed very dismissive and in a rush. I asked him a question about the placement of fat transfer and he was snappy and said that he was one of the best if not the best in the world at this procedure and that I should just trust him. I agree that a patient needs to have trust in a doctors expertise but I also think it is fair to ask questions. While a doctor performs this surgery daily the person getting the surgery only has one face...and it can be nerve racking! I also asked to see photos of those with similar bone structure and he told me to look on instagram. I was paying $1000 for a consultation and expected more patience and less arrogance and not to be directed to a public instagram.
