Facial fat transfer + under-eye blepharoplasty - surprisingly good results, see for yourself!

It's been almost a year since the surgeries, and safe to say they were a success! I was always concerned by the bulges under my eyes and wanted a way to get rid of them as well as potentially get a rhinoplasty. He recommended no changes to my bridge--just to the shape of my nostrils.First person to suggest no changes to the bridge! Green flag: that's how I knew he wasn't a money grabber like other rhinoplasty surgeons who suggest that to increase $$$ for the fees. I wanted some time to consider other options before going with him, even though he was my best bet compared to other consultations, so delayed that surgery.He also recommended fat transfer to my cheeks since they were hollow, which a nurse injector also suggested, so I decided to go through both surgeries: blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer. The surgeries were performed in his Newport Beach location, and he was very kind, thorough, and his nurses were incredible. They were very patient and the nurse held my hand throughout the entire surgery and made sure I got into my Uber ride safe and sound after!!The surgery itself didn't hurt too bad, definitely withdrawing the fat from my thighs was the most painful process. But otherwise surgery and rest went ok, just very swollen due to the numerous anesthetic injections received, which I had also requested. Healing took about a week for the stitches, and another week for the bruising. Also my family doctor commented about how clean the stitches were and excellent skill level required to create them!! I was swollen for a month or so after, but once the swelling disappeared I looked great!My cheeks weren't that big. People even think I'm 20 when I'm almost a decade older; his work speaks for itself. Only con is that the under-eye blepharoplasty caused some discoloration to appear, but that would have happened regardless if I went to him or someone else due to my veins. Overall, would definitely recommend him. He has a great eye for aesthetics, is patient and considerate, honest, and most importantly very skilled. I would definitely rank him as one of the top plastic surgeons in the LA area. No regrets!
