Go to ocular surgeon - he deserves zero stars

He deserves zero stars. Dr. Craven ruined my face. 38yr old f w some extra skin on one eye and I in no way wanted to change my genetically given look, just have extra skin go away. He moved my crease back substantially and took my eyes from 5mm lid platform showing to 10mm and 14mm. That's right, two diff sizes. I looked bug eyed and saw 4 doctors that were disgusted with his work but said it was irreversible. I was able to locate a reconstructive surgeon in LA that recently did my revision 11 months post op. I'm 2 months out and the changes are significantly better but I will NEVER look like I did. While very calm and seemingly kind, Craven had zero remorse, saying my eyes were different sizes at the start. He said nothing about me looking 10 years older and "surprised" all the time, only that he was sorry if I had different expectations. If a surgeon spends 20m w you on measurements, run. My second dr spent 3 hours of just him and I during my consult and another 2 prepping with me for my pre op. Westlake Derm has cost me an additional $35,000 to fix this and ruined my self esteem in the process. Dr craven took a year of memories and pictures w my small children bc I didn't want to be in public and the stress and heartache he created is immeasurable. My eyes went from almond to buggy and will never be as they were. Do not go to someone that does boobs and face and has an ego too big to accept he could have erred. It's amazing what small tweaks to your eyes does to your overall attractiveness and composition. pic is 2 months post surgery; top pic is 11 months after Dr. Craven ruined my life.
