The experience was great, I felt heard, respected, and cared for. His staff was always there to answer any question and also motivate you . The PRE OPwas explained in details. The surgery went fantastic the post op care at home was clearly explained. The weekly visits after the surgery were quite positive . during those post op visits, I had a serious allergy in my eyes due to pollen and Doctor Pou's staff responded to my calls as well as email. I am very pleased with the results of the surgery The feedback iwith the Dr and staff is ongoing.
