Excellent Results

I have been a patient of Dr. Sung’s for about 4 years. We started working together with non-surgical procedures, such as filler and botox. His treatments made immediate and dramatic improvements. He’d also let me try out (on a complimentary basis) a few other techniques and procedures since I was a good, steady patient.

A few weeks ago, I went for a top up on fillers. Dr. Sung told me no. He reminded me that he had always told me that fillers are temporary fixes and that we can’t keep doing it forever without doing more harm than good.

He said we had a good run with them (which we did) but that its time in his professional opinion to do a couple of surgical procedures (a lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer and CO2 laser resurfacing). He pointed out that not only will this do a far better and more permanent job than fillers and botox, but that in the long run it is a lot cheaper for me to just do it right. I trusted Dr. Sung since he had never led me wrong.

I am so glad I did. I didn’t even think it would be possible for it to turn out so well. Every time I looked in the mirror, all I would see were the hollows under my eyes staring back at me. No more. They are gone! Totally gone! I am now very, very happy with what I see when I look in the mirror.

The laser resurfacing takes a few weeks to really show its progress, but even far in advance of that, my skin on my whole face looks tighter and younger. Now every time I look in the mirror, I see myself from 10 years ago staring back. The results are totally unbelievable. We also talked about a little bit of additional work for some lower priority areas. But after this most recent set of procedures, he has my total and complete confidence.

If all that weren’t enough, Dr. Sung also is an incredibly nice guy. Always has a smile and a joke and we can talk about anything with complete ease. He’s treated me wonderfully well over the years and I could not recommend him more highly.
