I recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. James C. Sanderson in Oldsmar to correct dermatochalasis, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the first consultation, Dr. Sanderson was thorough and patient, taking the time to explain exactly what to expect, answer every question, and set realistic expectations rather than overselling. His honesty stood out. He told me clearly what he could and couldn't do, which made it easy to trust him.
His bedside manner is excellent. He was calm, attentive, and treated me with respect at every visit, and his staff followed his lead. The procedure went smoothly, and the follow-up care was just as careful as the pre-op.
