I highly recommend Dr. Harris — he is truly an extraordinary and ideal facial plastic surgeon. I’m so glad I finally found him after searching for so long. Here’s why:

Dr. Harris is incredibly respectful, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. He listened to all of my concerns and many questions so patiently, and explained everything with kindness and clarity, taking plenty of time with me. He makes you feel like you are his special patient through his sincerity and by tailoring treatments to your needs. Even when I had non-urgent questions, he always responded quickly — even when he was out of the office, he still replied within 24 hours.

2. Surgical Skill & Natural Results:
I had lower eyelid blepharoplasty. He removed the puffiness under my eyes and transferred fat from my thighs/abdomen to create a smooth, natural, youthful contour. The results are amazing — no visible scarring and no loss of eyelashes. His attention to detail and surgical skill are truly exceptional.

3. Thoughtful Treatment Planning:
Dr. Harris recommended a TCA chemical peel under my eyes prior to surgery, and the results were remarkable. It improved my skin texture, reduced fine lines, and refreshed the delicate under-eye area — all with no pain or bruising.

4. Fair & Transparent Pricing:
He provided multiple pre-op and post-op visits that were all included in his surgical fee. His pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to other Beverly Hills/LA facial plastic surgeons, and his office is absolutely beautiful.

5. Personalized Care:
I was deeply touched that Dr. Harris personally called me the night before my surgery, and again the night of the surgery, to check on me — not a nurse, not a coordinator — himself. His care is truly personal and heartfelt.

He even used some of my remaining fat to enhance my laugh lines and the crease between my brows — at no additional charge — simply because he wanted the result to be as harmonious and youthful as possible.

Dr. Harris explained the possible side effects related to my pre-existing dry eye condition. Many surgeons avoid discussing these things, but he was open, knowledgeable, and transparent. His honesty gave me peace of mind.

8. Customized Medical Care:
Because I tend to heal slowly and get infections easily, he customized my antibiotic protocol to better protect me. His preventive, thoughtful approach was more than I expected.

If something isn’t in the patient’s best interest, he will say so — even if that means refunding or adjusting a plan. He truly prioritizes patient happiness over profit, which is extremely rare.
