I am very happy with the results and would certainly recommend him for this procedure

I chose Dr. Kass based on his experience and qualifications as well as his personality. I felt he was polite, direct and honest, and wasn’t trying to oversell or over promise results. This was my second upper bleph and brow lift and first lower bleph. For this brow lift he would have to work through the significant scar tissue I had from my first surgery (well over a decade ago). My major concern was additional scarring around the hair line but he promised that his technique would involve less incisions and they would be hidden well back from the hairline. I was no concern about the upper bleph as I had previously had one. The had no idea what to expect from the lower bleph but felt that the recover from the brow lift would leave me with a lot of bruising so I might as well go through the bruising of a lower bleph to freshen up that area.

I’m over 6 weeks out and quite pleased with the results. The upper bleph reduced my hooded eyes much more than the first time I had it done, the lower bleph definitely contributed to an overall refreshed look around my eyes. The brow lift was much less invasive and the scarring is well hidden in my hairline. There is some minimal hair loss around the new scars but I expect it will regrow over time.

Dr. Kass has a busy practice but he makes time for questions and has been consistently available for follow up. I would certainly consult with him on an further facial related work. His office staff is also very professional.

I had upper/lower bleph and bow lift. 12 years prior to this I had upper bleph and forehead lift with another doctor and time had resulted in the need for a do-over - and a better one. Dr. Kass first of all has a very pleasant personality and puts you at ease. He didn’t try to oversell me at all, acknowledged my concerns, answered all my questions and in the end made me comfortable that we could achieve the results I wanted. The procedure went very smoothly even though he had scar tissue from the prior procedures to deal with. 6 weeks post op and I am very happy with the results and would certainly recommend him for this procedure to anyone I knew who was considering having this done. I will also consider him for any future facial procedures.
