One week post op.
WORTH IT
At one week everything is healing well. Less swelling every morning and the bruise is fading. Will post again in a week or so.

Lower bleph, fat graft and buccal fat removal
After I had my daughter my face seemed to age 10 years overnight. My cheeks fell and I developed eye bags. I tried filler and pdo threads which helped but didn't improve enough. I scheduled 3 consults and went with the first surgeon. He was thorough and suggested the fat grafting but did not pressure me at all. Surgery was very easy, I had no pain other than my jaw when I woke up but I did have a horrible migraine. I believe it was from dehydration, and caffeine withdrawal. Twilight anesthesia was used in office for my procedure. Day 2 I had the most swelling me my bruise peaked. By day 3 everything started improving. I'm currently 4 days post surgery and already very happy with my results. I can't wait until my swelling and bruising is all gone.

Yes I had fat grafting to cheeks and yes it was just about 10k for 3 procedures and anesthesia.
