Thyroid eye disease (Graves disease)

Progression of thyroid eye disease after Thyroidectomy. Before and after pictures Physician told me that my eyes would not change if I didn’t do the radiation treatment, but they still to change with the thyroidectomy

Bilateral Orbital Decompression with Blepharoplasty

I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease in 2014, and slowly my eyes started to changed. I starting researching all my options when I came across Bascom Palmer, University of Miami. I had previously visited another ophthalmologist who told me the surgery was too risky, but I didn’t let that stop me. I was determined! Exophthalmus can ruin your self esteem. However, It wasn’t a easy road for me, because I included the blepharoplasty, but it was well worth it. Thank you Dr.Bradford Lee
