Naturally, I was a bit nervous flying in for surgery, but Dr. Park and his team immediately put me at ease. As an English speaker, communication was very smooth. Both the doctor and staff were fluent and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They were also highly responsive via WhatsApp leading up to the procedure, which made the process feel very transparent and well-managed.

Pricing was competitive, and I appreciated the clarity around costs and the materials used for any adjustments. There were no surprises, which is something I valued coming from abroad.

The results have been wonderful. Like any procedure, it requires patience during the healing process, but it has absolutely been worth it. I’m very happy with the outcome.
