Amazing Experience from Start to Finish

I recently had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Kapadia, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. From start to finish, he and his entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. I felt well-prepared going into surgery. Every step of the process, from what to expect on the day of surgery to how healing typically progresses, was clearly explained.

What really sets Dr. Kapadia apart is the care he provides after the procedure. He was immediately reachable by email for any healing questions and always welcoming if I wanted to come in for reassurance. He followed me closely throughout the first six months of recovery, and even offered complimentary VBeam treatments to help with redness around my incisions.

The results have been exceptional and multiple other doctors of mine - my ophthalmologist and dermatologists - have commented on what a beautiful surgical outcome I have. The improvement is significant yet wonderfully subtle. Dr. Kapadia truly preserves the natural shape and integrity of your eyes, and the result looks like the best version of you rather than anything obvious or overdone.

What also gave me enormous trust in him was his honesty. I asked whether an additional procedure would help optimize my results, and instead of recommending something unnecessary (and more profitable), he told me I didn’t need it. That level of integrity is rare, and exactly the kind of surgeon you want. Someone who believes in subtlety, a “less is more” philosophy, and doing what’s genuinely in your best interest.
