Trying to update with pictures

I'm now 5 months pictures. About 2 weeks after the procedure the swelling was gone and my eyes went back to looking exactly like they did. I know there can be multiple sessions needed but seeing no change at all is discouraging. I look nothing like I did just a couple short months before I suddenly developed eye bags amd what also seems like loss of volume in my face. They also suggested using fillers but I really don't want to go down that road. I always looked so much younger than I was and the sudden and drastic change has been difficult to say the least. I included a picture from about a year before and 1 from 2 months before my eye bags started. Unfortunately I don't take many pictures so it's hard to see in pics what I looked like beforehand. It's crazy how much I aged in such a short period of time. When I started my last job I was 33 and everyone thought I had just graduated high school. I don't know why the sudden and drastic change. My doctor said it was stress as I had just gone through a nasty divorce but still seems strange and hard to swallow.

You look young. My eye bags are allergy sinus related. My eyes got much better after I took antibiotic. Inflammation tends to pool under eyes. It's not your age.

Do you by año chance use latisse or any lash serum w pga? I noticed some volume loss about a year into using it, Not too drastic but noticiable to me. Read that volume loss can happen to some. I wonder if that caused it for me. I had a revision septo/rhino and after all that swelling went down, I had huge volume loss. I, too, miss my younger looking eyes. :(

I used Latisse and I feel my eyes hollowed out because of that.

Thank you. I'm 39 but have never had eyebags and I literally just woke up with them one day. I initially thought it might have been irritation because my house was under construction but it didn't go away. I went to the doctor, which I never do unless absolutely necessary & they too found it puzzling and ran all kinds of tests but found nothing. Maybe I'll try Allergy medicine. After 2 rounds of agnes they still look terrible. I'm debating on whether to bother with a third round.

I went through a nasty breakup and within that month I quote literally aged 5 years- suddenly I had lines around the corners of my mouth that I’d never had before and my face was sunken in.
That being said- you look quite young still.

I had been through a much wanted but albeit very difficult 3 year long divorce a few months before this happened. My doctor said stress is cumulative and could be the cause. I looked 25 before I woke up one day with these big bags. It was a terrible shock. My entire family looks about 20 years younger than they are. I literally look older than my 58yr old father and I'm only 39. It's been rough and I don't want surgery but I'm getting desperate

So you had no reduction in fat pads? I am looking in to this, I had bad fat grafting in my tear troughs and am hoping this may help. Do you know if they can control the amount of RF they use depending on how much fat is there etc...? Do you get skin tightening at all? I am worried it will melt fat but cause sagging.

Did you ever develop or struggle with collagen bumps as you were healing? And if so, how long did they last ?

Starting to heal

About a week after treatment my eyes were starting to look pretty good. Pain was gone and there was still a sensitive, sometimes sharp pain around my eyes when washing my face. If it stays like this I will be OK but there is still a lot of swelling.
