Lower Eyelid Surgery

I had my lower eyelid surgery on January 25. I realize it is now only about 10 days past surgery, but I'm really disappointed in the results. Will they improve as time goes by? I don't see the under eye bags any longer, but I was hopeful that more skin would be removed so that I had less of a hollow under my eyes. What do you think?

You have festoons. Go see someone who specialises in festoons, as the vast majority of surgeons don't know how to deal with these, as evident by your case.
What did they say they did during the surgery? Any fat pad removal or repositioning?
Yes they did remove fat pads.
