I visited Dr. Kimura for a consultation about a facelift due to me feeling insecure about looking older than I am. He advised that it would be premature to go through an invasive surgery like that, and he felt I would get more benefit from an upper and lower blepharoplasty - a more economical and less invasive procedure. I have delt with, and have been trying to cover up, heavy eye bags since middle school. My eyelids had also begun to droop, making my eyes look even more tired and smaller. He was absolutely right. The procedure changed my life and gave me so much more confidence. I no longer feel self conscious under certain types of lighting and no longer cringe when I see an unedited picture of me. He and his staff were warm and comforting. He explained what I could expect and potential complications to look for during recovery.
