Marie, the office manager contacted me here through Realself to say that they had a money back guarantee if a patient was not happy with the consultation. I sent my information and tried to contact her, but it was obviously a lie. She would not return any messages after that.

Waste of Time and Money
Dr Parsa’s office staff was very nice at the beginning. I had a lower blepharoplasty that left me hollow with eyelid retraction, etc… I was told they would look at my case and pics before hand to see if they could help me. I spent a lot of money on the trip to Beverly Hills and the consultation fee only to be told that he didn’t think I should do anything. That doesn’t help my problems. After reading some other comments on Instagram, I have come to the conclusion that he does not take revision cases. All of his social media pics are of first time surgeries. I know revisions are tricky, but he and his office should be up front with people so they are not wasting time or money. He was also arrogant. I literally saw him roll his eyes as he was leaving the room when he was done talking to me. His office staff couldn’t seem to wait to get me out of there when we were finished.

Why is the title of your review for Dr Parsa Lower eyelid bleph left me retracted when from your review it's clear that you only saw him for a consultation? That title belongs to the other surgeon who operated on you. This is absolutely misleading the public about something doctor parsa had nothing to do with.
Dear Jazz Kittie I'm not sure who you are but it sounds like you had a bad lower eyelid blepharoplasty by another doctor that left you hollow and retracted and you only saw me once for a consultation to see if I can help you. The title of your review: " lower eyelid blepharoplasty left me hollow and retracted" should be a review for your original surgeon not me. Please kindly change your title as this is misleading the public as if I caused this problem for you. If I did not recommend more surgery for you it's because more surgery can possibly mean more problems. I am sorry couldn't help you.
I had the exact same experience and went to Barry eppley who said he could fix eye lid retraction o trusted him in indionapolis it didn’t work !!!
Then he didn’t want to do revision unless I re paid for a face lift !!
Which I refused I find it very bad that revision should be expected to pay for …. I wish I’d never met Barry Eppley he talks a lot , that’s what he’s) good at taking your money
